    Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

The CFP Energy Group is committed to ensuring that slavery is not present in our business or supply chain. We have introduced, and will continue to develop, policy and procedures to ensure that our due diligence inhibits slavery of any form from entering our business or supply chain.

    Our Business

CFP Energy (UK) Ltd encompasses three businesses, namely CFP Energy (CFP), Brook Green Supply (BGS) and Cyber Energia, with approximately 360+ employees.

CFP Energy is a leading provider of energy and environmental solutions, specialised in working with large and complex consumers. We partner with our clients to enable the transition to a low-carbon future by providing an integrated toolkit of technology-enabled solutions, combined with best-in-class advisory and support.

Brook Green Supply is committed to providing energy supply solutions to industrial and commercial consumers across the UK. Aside from supplying 100% REGO-backed power, we are helping customers optimise their energy supply in the context of a grid increasingly characterised by intermittent generation.

Cyber Energia provides comprehensive managed security services and solutions to the renewable sector for a smart and sustainable energy market.

    Our Approach

We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking.

We operate several internal policies to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain, and that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are also committed to creating and ensuring a non- discriminatory and respectful working environment for our people.

We ensure that everyone’s eligibility to work in the UK is checked on joining our business, and every employee is required to read and acknowledge our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Employee Handbook and Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Policy.

    Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We understand modern slavery risks and are committed to ensuring that this is not taking place in our own business or supply chains. In BGS we reduce our risk by operating in the UK and providing gas and power solely within the UK.

As a Group we conduct background checks on new and potential clients to ensure they have not been convicted of offences relating to modern slavery. We regularly review our existing clients to ensure that the information we hold is current and dependable.

We do not enter into business with any organisation which knowingly supports, or is found to be involved in, slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.

    Our Commitment

The CFP Energy Group is committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking does not enter our business or supply chain. We will continue to raise awareness of modern slavery through policy and communication, ensuring that our client records, and due diligence in conducting background checks on all potential and new clients, are up to date.
