Manufacturing sector - carbon compliance gaps amid regulatory pressure

Process Industry Informer - Energy and environmental solutions provider CFP Energy has published a survey of over 500 large-scale manufacturing firms across the UK, Germany, and France, highlighting the sector’s response to increasing regulatory pressures and carbon market complexities.

Findings indicate that while the majority of companies have started planning for Net Zero, gaps in carbon compliance strategies and varying levels of preparedness across Europe continue to threaten progress, with 19% expecting not to meet their decarbonisation targets.
